Training Program Qualifying Trainers for E-learning System and Digital Repository Project

The Ministry of Education, represented by the Directorate-General of Curriculum Development began  implementing the training program of qualifying certified trainers for the e-learning system and digital repository project. The six-days training program targets one hundred trainees from the Specialized Institute for Professional Training for Teachers, the Information Systems Department at the Directorate-General of Information Technology, supervisors at the Directorate-General of Educational Supervision, the Educational Evaluation and Measurement Specialist at the Center for Educational Measurement and Evaluation, and from training centers, information technology departments, and e-learning specialists in the educational governorates. The program is taking place at the Specialized Institute for Professional Training for Teachers.

The program is presented by trainers Hesham Bassiouni, Technical Support Manager, and Omar Abdel Moneim, Training and Activation Manager at Classera Smart Learning Company. The program includes training in skills and competencies related to teachers’ roles in the system, school management, educational supervisor, and e-learning system manager.

The training program aims to prepare trainers by providing them with a set of skills and competencies that enable them to transfer training, and to provide a set of skills that trainees need through training on transferring experiences related to managing the e-learning system and the digital repository to them so that they are able to manage the system efficiently and to enable them to transfer the impact of training to the rest of the work team in their divisions, each according to his specialization
