The Ministry of Education, represented by the Supervisory Committee of the Omani Teacher Educational Excellence Award in its second session, held its meeting earlier this week, headed by HE Prof.Dr. Abdullah bin Khamis Ambosaidi, Undersecretary of the Ministry for Education and Chairman of the Committee, in the presence of its members, at the Ministry’s General Diwan.
The meeting included discussions on several topics, including determining the number of qualifiers in the automated sorting, according to the total number of candidates according to the academic subjects, the number of candidates for the award according to the academic subjects, following up on work progress in building the electronic system for the award for the second phase (the final evaluation phase), the media publication plan for the next phase, and any new work.
The meeting aims to follow up on the award’s work, review statistics on the number of award nominees, determine the criteria for automatic sorting according to the award’s general guide, and form technical work teams to work on the electronic system and the system for evaluating the files of Omani teachers who qualified for the second stage during the second round of the award.
