The Ministry of Education, represented by the Directorate-General of Educational Supervision, concluded the enrichment program for the scientific content of physics for senior supervisors and supervisors at the educational directorates in the governorates. The program was implemented over a period of three days at the Specialized Institute for Vocational Training for Teachers.

The program targeted (21) trainees who were supervisors and senior supervisors of physics at the Ministry’s General Diwan and in the educational directorates. The program aimed to acquire trainees with new scientific and practical knowledge and skills, point out the latest developments in scientific research in some areas of physics, provide them with measurement skills and identify the errors that teachers make when measuring, develop skills and knowledge in the research fields of physics, and increase scientific communication with local universities regarding the practical aspect and research.

The program focused on new topics in the Cambridge series curricula, in addition to new skills in teaching physics and presenting data in practical experiments. It also included discussion of several topics, the most important of which are integration between mathematics and physics, the foundations of the theory of relativity and its results, and the physics of solid matter between classical and modern theory.
