The Ministry of Education, represented by the Directorate-General of Administrative Affairs – The Individual Performance System Management Office – carried out This (Tuesday) a meeting titled "The Meeting with the Direct Official” targeting 150 managers, their assistants, and heads of departments in the Ministry's General Diwan. The meeting took place at the Musical Scout Band Theatre.
The meeting included the presentation of three papers. The first paper, entitled "Preparation of Individual Plans", was presented by Dr. Fatima Al-Hammadi, Head of the Individual Plans Department. The paper dealt with the sources of preparing the individual plan, the classifications of goals, the controls for formulating the main results, determinants of the formulation of indicators, templates for key objectives and results, and aspects of verification when introducing individual plans.
The second paper was titled "Determinants and Controls of Individual Plans", presented by Dr. Ahmed Al-Hadrami, Head of the Awareness and Performance Data Department. The paper discussed the stages of applying the system, the mechanism of work on the annual evaluation, the inputs of the electronic system (Ejada), the evaluation of the employees of the Ministry for the year 2022, the nomination path for the rank of excellence (head of department - department director – director-general) and the annual evaluation of the directorates / administrative divisions.
The third paper was titled “Job Rotation Initiative among the Units of the State's Administrative Apparatus” and presented by Dr. Fatima Al Hammadi, Head of Individual Plans Department. The paper dealt with the justifications for implementing the initiative, the concept of job rotation, its objectives and benefits, SWOT analysis of the initiative, its application controls, legal tools, stages and implementation paths, and its platform.
