We also aim, through the winter program, to activate community participation by involving distinguished and creative Omani models in a range of fields as implementers of training programs, and for the talented to benefit from their abilities and skills and communicate with them directly. The program also aims to increase self-confidence, deal wisely with the crises and challenges faced by the gifted student, and provide sound vocational guidance.” Zuwaina Al-Ghawi said: “This type of program is a complementary episode in the development of students’ personalities in the moral and behavioral aspects accompanied by the educational aspect, and an opportunity to develop these students’ talents in a way to enhance self-confidence even after the school stage.”
