The Ministry of Education, represented by the Qualification and Training Department, carried out this morning a training workshop on “Linguistic Development in Official Letters”, at the Muscat Hall in the Ministry’s Main Cabinet Office, in presence of the Director of the Qualification and Training Department of the Directorate General of Education Supervision at the Ministry and deputies. The workshop also targeted (20) male and female employees from the departments of the Directorate General of Educational Supervision, and the Directorate General of Administrative and Financial Affairs at the ministry. Furthermore, the workshop aimed to developing the language skills of the Ministry's employees, enabling them to employ the various linguistic rules in official reports, and drafting proper Arabic language, by identifying the most common mistakes in official reports.
