The Ministry of Education represented by the office of H.E. Undersecretary of the Ministry of Education for Administration and Finance Affairs, organized a workshop entitled "The study of Laws of Teaching Staff Transfer". In addition, it presented by H.E.Majid Al Bahri, the Undersecretary of the Ministry for Administration and Finance Affairs, the Director General of Directorate General for Administration Affairs, the Directors of Education Governorates in Muscat and Al Sharqiyah South and others and took place in Muscat Hall in the Ministry Cabinet.       

After that, H.E. delivered a speech where he said that the workshop conducted to defeat the challenges facing the teaching staff and the Administrators in the education field, finding solutions and making suggestions in order to modify the current foundations and controls of teaching staff. In conclusion, he wished workshop to be successful and to come up with useful recommendations and resolutions. Then, some specialists from the office and Al Dhakhiliyah Education Governorate and Al Sharqiyah Education Governorate South presented four work papers.

It worth to be mentioning that  the workshop aimed at identifying the basics and controls that used currently in transferring process, studying the challenges that faced the Ministry to meet the needs of applicants for internal and external transfer from teaching staff and administration and discuss the suggestions to solve the problems and challenges.
