Due to the various procedures by the Department of Electronic Information Security, which include the update of the first version of security policies of Ministry document, , the Information Security Department held a virtual communication with a number of directors and sections heads of the directorates in the Ministry of Education main cabinet. Also, the meeting aimed to ensure the participation of administration divisions in exchanging views of developmental visuals of the second version of Ministry security policies.

At the beginning, the Head of Information Security welcomed the attendance. Then, he summarized the importance of meeting, and expected outcomes after meeting. Then, the Information Security Specialist at the Department delivered a presentation about the current document of security policies where she mentioned the importance of security polices at the Ministry and how important is to keep information and data safe. Moreover, she clarified the risks, weaknesses and threats resulting from non-compliance with these policies. She reviewed the best and correct practices and activities to acceptable use of the Ministry assets and covenants and discussed the security polices of the IT.Also, the Assistant Director of IT Department clarified samples of  information security that need to be activated and  Laws and legislations related to it

At the end, the attendances discussed various questions and inquiries of the security polices and suggested developmental notices. It is also to be mentioning that, the virtual communication held under the current precautionary measures and recommendations that issued to activate the online work. Moreover, the department finished many meetings with various educational directorates to talk about the document of security policies at the Ministry.
