Finals of Stag TT league for girls kicks off in Al Buraimi Sports Complex
Yesterday morning, the Stag Table Tennis League finals for girls 2019/2020 began in Al Buraimi Sports Complex, which hosted by Al-Buraimi Educational Directorate represented by the School Sports Committee and organized by the Oman Table Tennis Committee (OTTC) in cooperation with the Oman School Sports Association. Thirty students from nine educational governorates and the Directorate General of Private Schools participated in the league. Al-Buraimi Directorate participated in the finals with a team from Sa`ra Basic Education School (5-9).
The draw ceremony for the finals took place in the presence of Dr. Fathia Bint Khalfan Bin Sulaiman Al-Sadia, Director General of Directorate General of Education in Al Buraimi Governorate, in Al Salam Hotel in Al Buraimi.
It is worth noting that the Stage League aims to view students’ talents, create a team for talented students who will represent the Sultanate in the international and regional levels, spread table tennis in Oman schools and provide teams with outstanding players.
