The Qatari educational delegation is visiting the Sultanate to learn about Oman experience in qualifying school administrators and their assistants, view the programs of new teachers and exchange experiences between the two countries in the field of developing school performance.
The delegation visited yesterday "Monday" the Directorate General of Human Resources Development in the Ministry of Education. They met Dr. Badr bin Hamoud Al Kharousi, Director General of Human Resources Development, who presented a bout the efforts of the Ministry in the field of training and qualifying field, whether it is for employees or supervisors or Teachers, administrators, or technicians. Specialists presented number of worksheets, which included a detailed explanation of the systems. The delegation also visited the Specialised Center for Professional Training of Teachers, where they listened to an overview of the institute and the services provided in central training, strategic programs, decentralized training and short programs.
The delegation will visit this morning two schools in Muscat Governorate and the Royal Opera House.
It is worth mentioning that the delegation included Ali Al-Khayat, Head of Planning and Quality Assurance Section, Alia Al-Basti, Head of Training and Capacity Development Section, Abeer Al-Hazaa Delegated member of Training and Educational Development Center and Fatima Al-Maliki, Delegated Member of the Training and Educational Development Center.
