Athletics, Badminton and volleyball competition concluded in the Sport Complex in Nizwa. It organized by the school sport committee at Al Dhakhiyah Governorate and a number of schools participated in the competition in order to choose teams that will represent the Governorate at School Olympic Days, which will conduct by Oman Union for School Sport, SABCO and Qatar Airways.

Moreover, the competition was exciting and enthusiastic. In 100 meters, the student, Teema Al Abriyah from Fatma bin Al Khataab won the first place and Bushra Al Jamoodiyah from Tanuf Basic Education School reached the second place, whereas in 200 meters, Sazraa Al Areeniyah from the Manah Basic Education School won the first place and Shaikha Al Amri from Al Qalaah School.In shot put game, the Student, Shaza Al Niami, from Royal Tanks Team got the first team and Lama Al Ghawiyah from Um Aymen School won the second place. Also in the high jump competition, Ragad Al Busaidi, from AlQriytain School won the first place and in Javelin Throw sport, the student Ayaa Al Rashdiyah from Al Qaryitain School. Israa Al Ubaidaaniyah from Al Hwaraa School won the second place.

In addition, in volleyball the competing was sever between schools.Hafsah bin Omar won the first school and Safiyah um Al Muminen took the second place.Also, in the badminton game, the student, Duaa Al Adawiyah from Hasah School won the first place and Razaan Al Hatliyah won the second place in the game
