Al Batinah North Directorate General of Education represented by the school sport committee organized the draw of Oman League Competition for schools in football. The event organized by the Omani Union for School Sport with collaboration of Sabco for Sport and Isbayer Academy and 34 schools in the governorate participated in the tournament in Al Batinah hall at the Directorate. Dr.Ali Al Harassi, the Director General of Education Directorate in Al Batinah Governorate and the Head of School Sport Committee at the governorate thanked the school sport committee and school sport union for their continuous support to different games, which helped in discovering students talents. Then, Dr.Khalid Al Blushi, the Director of Education Programs, Deputy Director of School Sport Committee pointed out that the school union seek to support various activities and students events. He also added that the competition aimed to discover the talented students, benefit from their free time and use youth energy.      
It is also to be noted that 34 teams born in 2006-2007-2008 participated in Oman League Competition for schools and schools divided to 8 groups.
