 A team form the Ministry of Education; the Department of Document paid an official visit to the Directorate General of Education in Al Buraimi Governorate. It consisted of Bader Al Habshi,a Documents Specialist, Ahmed Al Mafraji,a Documents Specialist and Ahmed Al Mafariji, a Document Technician. The visit focused on various issues relating to the documents, thematic and paper classification and paper folders of the Directorate employees.
In addition, the visit aimed to clarify the system of private documents management, important updates that approved by the National Archives and Records Administration and H.E.the Minster of Education in 2018, training on the mechanism of choosing thematic classifications for administration divisions that apply on the private records management system, in accordance with the terms of reference of each administrative division in the Directorate and the educational supervision offices. Also, it reviewed the mechanisms of thematic classification in the electronic correspondence system in terms of creating supplementary files (sub) according to the main thematic classification approved for each administration division, and classification of outgoing and incoming correspondence. Moreover, the visit discussed connecting files and classification with administration divisions and follow up some selective samples of administration divisions at the Directorate.
