SQU research team meets Director General of Dhofar Educational Directorate

Research team of Sultan Qaboos University, headed by Dr. Khalaf Al-Abri and Omar Hashim membership, conducted an interview with Dr. Alwaleed bin Saeed bin Sinan Al-Hinai, Director General of Directorate General of Education in Dhofar, to provide the reasons for male abstain from teaching profession.
In this regard, Dr. Khalaf Al-Abri stated that the SQU started to work on a national project to discuss this phenomenon, under the supervision of HE Vice Chancellor of SQU to study and discuss all the reasons related to reluctance and work to find appropriate solutions to address this phenomenon. It is worth mentioning that Education Council recommends this program.
