Quality Management System Team Mets in Al Dhahirah
Support and Management Team of Quality Management System in Directorate General of Education in Al Dhahirah, held a meeting chaired by Zuwainah Al Mazrouei, Director General, with presence of departments directors and heads of sections.
During the meeting, they discussed quality management system in Al Dhahirah governorate based on the international standard ISO 9001/2015, and discussed the procedures taken to review the quality management system and the changes in external and internal issues related to the system and the effectiveness of the procedures taken on how to deal with risks and opportunities. They discussed opportunities for improvement of the departments’ operations and management processes of the quality management system.
