Conclusion of Science and Math Series training program for Grades 7&8
Training and Career Development Center concluded the training program that lasted for three days and targeted math and science teachers in Al Buraimi Directorate.
The program aimed to train teachers in the philosophy and components of the seventh and eighth grades curricula, to establish a clear understanding of the changes in the curricula and to develop their knowledge on the method of planning used in the new curriculum.
About the program, Salha Al Mukhini, Math teacher, said, “The program was great we were introduced to the philosophy of Cambridge, analysis the curriculum and activities updates. We also learned how to prepare, and employ the words "I can", learning techniques, how to ask questions and levels of knowledge and how to classify it”.
