Training Program of Mathematics and Science Series Start in Al Buraimi Directorate
The training program of mathematics and science series for classes 7, 8 kicked off at the training center and career development in Al Buraimi education directorate and for three days. The workshop included a number of work papers, presented by Mustafa Sayed, Mohammed Al Alawi, Salim Al Farsi, Moza Al Naimi and Mohammed Al Sinaidi. It targeted mathematics teachers in the schools of Al Buraimi governorate. Moreover, the participants introduced to various topics such as the basics features of the curriculum in the student's book and activity book in mathematics, conceptual mistakes, planning for lessons, evaluation tools and the philosophy of curriculum. Also, the program reviewed curriculum analyze, common mistakes, cognitive levels of students and revising exam vocabularies.
It is also to be mentioning that the program aimed to train the participants on the philosophy and components of curriculum for classes 7 and 8, develop their knowledge on planning technique of new curriculum and revising exam vocabularies.
