Support and Management Team of South Al Sharqyiah Directorate Holds its Second Meeting
Support and management team of Directorate General of Education in South Alsharqyiah held a meeting headed by Abdullah Al Fori, Director General of the Educational Directorate, in the presence of assistants of director generals, experts and sections managers.
The Director General welcomed the attendees and thanked them for their efforts in the implementation and activation of the quality management system. During the meeting, the agenda and recommendations of the previous meeting were reviewed and introduce the inputs as stipulated in ISO 9001/2015 item 9.3. Also, he clarify the methodology for measuring the satisfaction of the beneficiary in the departments and sections with a new mechanism to measure the satisfaction of the beneficiary and the need to measure the services provided
